Research And Design Of The Remote Control System For Air Energy Water Heater

With the continue awakening of people’s concept of green consumption and national attention and support for low-carbon energy industry,the market of Air Energy Water Heate technology is more and more broad with the advantages in environmental protection,low-carbon energy and health safety.In addition,the technology of Internet of Things has been having a huge leap forward in recent years,so the use of the Internet of Things technology to build intelligent home appliances system solutions has been becoming an important development direction to achieve Smart Home and low-carbon environmental protection.In this paper,we research and design a remote control system of the combination of air energy water heaters and smart home technology,which consists of distributed control server,user interaction system and Air Energy Water Heates control terminal.Wherein the distributed control server is a message transfer station,transfering message data of Air Energy Water Heate control terminal and user interaction system between different protocols,thus realizing the Air Energy Water Heate terminal device remote control.Distributed control server can implement the specific function of server farm management,login server and the server node,and it can also normally connect and test air energy water heater control terminal and the user interaction system.Users can use this system for remote data acquisition and control instructions for Air Energy Water Heate.User interaction system consists of a data center and the four functional modules.The data center consists of Mysql database,while the four functional modules consist of common module,the super administrator module,administrator module and ordinary common user module.The interactive system can achieve personnel management,log server and the terminal server management,device basic information management,device control,file upload and download and client version management,and provides a relatively easy interactive interface.Users can easily manage and control home devices in the home through the system,and real-time view the functioning of furniture and equipment.The control terminal of air energy water heater can communicate with the air energy water heater control panel layer by layer,and it is driven by MT7681 communication,making the control terminal of Air Energy Water Heate can efficiently collect and store the working state of the control panel of air energy water heater,and upload working status data.The main research work done by the author of this paper is as follows.(1)On the basis of careful analysis and research of the current state of the Air Energy Water Heate technology and intelligent control technology at home and abroad,we propose the design of an air energy water heater remote control system combining air energy water heater and smart home technology.(2)We prepared the message parser of distributed control server and program of intelligent control module,and gives specific design and implementation of server management sub-module,login server module and node server sub-module.(3)In order to achieve the function of communication between air energy water heater control terminals with server,this article transplant the communication protocol of MT7681,and prepared drivers communicating with the Air Energy Water Heate control board.So the program can efficiently collect and store working state of control panel of the air energy water heater,and provide technical support for normal network communications.Finally,we take the functional-level testing of hardware model and software we write,giving different test conditions and test results for different functional tests,and provide the comprehensive testing evaluation.The results show that all test results are in accordance with test expectations,it indeed achieve the established functional requirements.This design of the remote control system of air energy water heater is suitable for home users,business users,and public places and so on.
