The Elderly In The Concept Of "HID" Non-powered Walker Product Design Research

In today’s aging process to speed up,number of elderly people rise year by year.Besides,the special phenomenon of "empty nest old man" is becoming more and more outstanding.In order to improve their living status some ancillary products to help them life and promote their physical and mental health are required.However,the existing auxiliary products,especially the elderly without power walker products have many problems in the design,for example,produce the problem such as rolling over or fall,and these problems will lead to damage to the physical and mental health of the elderly.Thus the healthy concept of Industrial Design is introduced and studied(Health Industrial Design,HID),through the argument of this paper enrich the research contents of "HID" concept,expand the research scope of the concept.According to this thesis,through a large number of literature,based on the related literatures,the conclusion of the thesis are described the research background,research purpose,research contents and research significance.This process has been clear about the health of the concept of industrial design and development process,summed up and analyzed the necessity of "HID" concept to guide the elderly product design.Secondly,through reading literature and field visits,analyze the change of the old people’s physical and psychological characteristics of old people have no power to help line of product design.On this basis,using the concept of "HID" law of design work and scenario analysis method to explore the elderly to help line without power demand factors.Guided by the "HID" concept,make full use of the study and summarize the elements,combination of associated elements matching analysis,put forward the strategies of the old people without power walker products design and measures.Finally,using the above conclusion design the old people health walker walking sticks to verify "HID" theory in the elderly non-powered walker is scientific and applicable in the design of products.
