Automated external defibrillator is an important equipment applied in outdoor or public areas,with which professional or non-professional people can deal with sudden cardiac diseases(mainly refers to ventricular fibrillation)for first aid.As the accuracy of its performance parameters is related to patient safety,so they must be tested by the corresponding testing instruments.The automated external defibrillation apparatus performance parameter testing system I designed in this paper,can simulate multiple normal and abnormal ECG signal,equivalent human thoracic impedance model for defibrillation apparatus testing,and accurate detect AED discharge energy,synchronous defibrillation time,charging time and other key performance parameters.In this paper,according to the research of the characteristics of ECG signal Combing the STM32's stability and high speed with PWM modulation control,the system in this paper,using the international general standard database,produces a variety of ECG normal and abnormal signals through the digital sampling methods.Through experimental and theoretical study on human thoracic impedance,this paper establishes a circuit model which includes defibrillation apparatus,the defibrillation electrode paste on the surface of human body,and human chest.By study the influence of the related parameters on the defibrillation discharge energy in the model and discharge energy calculation method,Determined to optimize the discharge energy in the Simpson formula Through the above theoretical research Eventually the paper adopts Cortes-M3 32-bit high performance microprocessor STM32F103RET6 as the core to realize the design of performance parameter testing system of defibrillation apparatus.The system includes the following modules: the microprocessor control and lead selection,ECG waveform generate and output module,Human equivalent thoracic impedance model,the discharge energy acquisition and processing module,human-computer interaction module,power module.Finally,This paper analyzed the performance and reliability of the design system,This paper collected the waveform signal which generated from the design system through the BIOPAC MP150 Recording instrument,through the calculation of QRS wave position,wavelet energy of the waveform signal and the wavelet entropy eigenvalue of the waveform signal,the paper analyze the difference between the ECG signal produced in this paper with original standard database.As for defibrillation energy calculation analysis,the paper compared the system test result with authority test results.Test results show thatthe designed system basically achieves the expected performance index.this paper,the test results of the system and the authority of the test results are compared.
