Most countries in the world take coal as the main power energy,the total amount of electricity from coal accounts for about 38% of the total output around the world.In China,in 2010 taking coal as an energy's power generation has accounted for 65.5% of the total generating capacity of the country,maybe even higher,the installed power-generating capacity are more than 540 GW which takes coal,petroleum coke as energy.Analysis of China's electricity energy,therefore,we can see that taking the coal as the power energy will be difficult to change in the future for a long time.With the deepening of the electricity market reform,"factory network apart,bid online" will soon be realized,under the control of national policy,for the sake of their own economic benefit and energy,and the request of the integration of environmental protection,low carbon,domestic power plants will try their best to improve the efficiency of the installed capacity and power generation,at the same time reduce the cost of coal.To reduce the NO_x emissions of the pulverized coal combustion,Shengli power plant phase ii in 2012 has transformed low NO_x burners for boilers,practice shows that the use of low NO_x burners and grading air supply,which can effectively reduce NO_x emission,But lead to the increase of fly ash combustible content.Therefore,thoroughly studies the factors which influent fly ash combustible content,has the important practical application value.The paper gives a brief overview of the Shengli power plant phase ii's operation situation since the launch of two units of 300 MW boiler and in order to meet the environmental requirements after transforming the present status of boiler operation,and currently some problems in production operation.then using the predecessor's forecast model to analysis the primary and secondary factors which case the higher coal-fired boiler fly ash combustible content in the Shengli power plant phase ii two 300 mw boiler and analyzes the various factors whether there is any improvement or method of solution.Finally,in view of factors analysied,the author use the convenience of working in Shengli power plant to take a large number of field tests to find solution and summarizes a set of suitable operation adjustment of production technology to guide the production operation.
