With the dramatic development of modern industry,in the high precision industrial control equipment of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(all-digital fuzzy)DC servo motor to replace the wide speed range,especially in the new energy automotive industry,the use of permanent magnet synchronous motor is quite a lot.In permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system,the mechanical parameters of the motor will change with the change of working conditions,which has a negative impact on the control performance of the system.Therefore,online identification of PMSM mechanical parameters become high precision control requirements,and the traditional regulator can not change with the operating condition parameters self-tuning makes the stability and anti-jamming ability becomes worse,so the adaptive regulator is the development of servo control system requirements.As an important branch of adaptive method,model reference adaptive(MRAS)is becoming more and more mature in industry.At present,the domestic and foreign model reference adaptive method is introduced into the research of motor control is very common,it is now widely used online parameter identification method,principle of model reference adaptive identification with high precision,simple,easy to implement.In this paper,on the basis of the full study of the model reference adaptive theory,the discrete model reference control scheme is used to study the parameter identification and adaptive speed control of PMSM Based on MRAS expansion.The main research contents are as follows:1)Based on the TMS320F28335 control system of TI,the PMSM vector control system is designed,and the control model of current loop and speed loop is established,and the parameters of the two loop controller are designed.Based on the hardware circuit and software program of the system,the on-line identification of motor parameters and speed is realized.2)Through the research of model reference adaptive control system,using the Popov theory of super stability design of the motor parameter identification rules,simulation model identification and design parameters of the motor based on vector control simulation model.3)Comparative study on three phase PMSM speed adaptive control system based onMRAS.This paper presents a design method of speed adaptive controller based on sensorless,which overcomes the disadvantage of traditional position sensor.4)The system control platform is designed,and the hardware circuit and software program are designed.5)Through the Matlab/Simulink simulation and PMSM closed-loop vector control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system modeling and simulation,proved the online parameter identification algorithm proposed in this paper can identify the electrical parameters and mechanical parameters quickly and accurately,and provide necessary conditions for further improving the performance of a motor control system,and it is very important.
