The research of the correlation between metro station passenger flow and land use,is the key issues to understand the sources of the metro station passenger flow and improve the service efficiency of the metro station.Collecting a large number of accurate data of metro station passenger flow distribution is the basis of the research.As a new research tool,the application of cell phone signal ing data in the research fields of urban planning and urban transportation technology is becoming more widespread for its continuous space and time information in great quantities.In this context,this paper selected 11 built rail stations in Shenzhen,took the metro station passenger flow during the weekday morning rush(7:00-9:00)as an example,discussed the technique method of recognizing the inbound station passenger flow source distribution by mobile signaling data,and verified the ratio of the inbound station passenger flow source distribution with the traditional sampling method.At the same time,based on the data recognition results of the cell phone signaling data;this paper analyzed the distribution and its influencing factors of the inbound passenger flow during the weekday morning rush,This paper mainly discussed the situation of the inbound passenger flow of different types of residential land,and quantitatively analyzed the contribution of the metro station passenger flow by different types of residential land in the walking distance.The research found that: 1)residential land use was the main land use to produce the inbound passenger flow during the weekday morning rush;2)The inbound passenger flow distribution during the weekday morning rush was affected by many factors,including the distribution of reside ntial land,bus line connecting to the site,the relations between the site location and road intersection,and adjacent sites,etc.The inbound passenger flow distribution of most sites was not within the scope of the "theory radius" of TOD;3)Within walking distance,the residential land's contribution to the inbound passenger flow during the weekday morning rush,in turn,was urban villages,old commodity houses,ordinary commercial houses,luxury commodity houses.Which reminded that it should narrow residential unit,control the supply of parking spaces in addition to increase the plot ratio,while planning the residential land surrounding the rail site in the future.That would make the people who really took the subway gather to the metro station,which was not only convenient for the residents to walk to the station,but also improved the use efficiency;4)The inbound passenger flow distribution beyond the walking distance mainly came from the place owning good bus service.When the rail site was located in the urban road intersection,if it had bus service by the intensive perpendicular and departure time of buses,it could greatly extend the distance of the inbound passenger flow distribution.In addition,the author summarized the limitations of the cell phone signaling data in the study of the station passenger flow,and pointed out that the cell phone signaling data still needed the complement of other urban planning survey methods,in order to be better support to the study of the station passenger flow and the planning of the walking line or bus system.This article could be divided into five sections.In the first part,it included the topic background,research questions and technical route;the second part summarized the existing direction and content of related research,deduced the core chapters;The third and fourth parts are the main components of this study;the third part took metro station passenger flow during the weekday morning rush(7:00-9:00)as an example,discussed the technique method of recognizing the inbound station passenger flow source distribution by mobile signaling data and its credibility;the fourth part based on the identify results of the cell phone signaling data,studied the correlation between the inbound station passenger flow source distribution and residential land use and discussed the application of cell phone signaling data in the urban planning.The last part proposes the conclusion and consideration.
