Study On Green Reconstruction Strat Of Existing Residential Buildings In Northwest Hebei Province

China has a large scale of existing buildings,construction standards are not high,people living environment is poor,it is difficult to meet people's basic requirements for the building environment.In the face of the universalization of green buildings in China,most of existing buildings have not yet begun green building certification,large number of existing green building transformation in China is facing enormous challenges and potential.The development of the construction industry in Northwest Hebei region has been rising ten years,there are a large number of existing buildings.Green building development is slower,so far,the northwest Hebei region is only making energy-saving for some old building,and not considered green transformation from the point of user and the buildings.In this article,through the research and study of the literature,I conducted on-site visits,research and analysis,find out the existing problems of residential buildings and the residents' needs.On this basis,combined with the climatic characteristics of the northwest Hebei region,the article from the architectural design,indoor environment,building energy conservation between the three transformation program.This paper systematically summarizes the suitability strategy of green transformation of existing residential buildings in northwest Hebei province,and completes the menu strategy.At the same time,combined with the case of green renovation project of existing residential buildings in northwest Hebei province,the paper analyzes the current situation of energy consumption,realizes the physical environment of the building,and simulates the design defects of the building by computer software simulation.Taking into account the climate,the site environment,building structure,indoor environment and other factors,from the residents living,behavior and demand point of view,the case transformation.And ultimately to the building environment,building energy consumption,architectural design and people win-win effect,enhance the living environment of the "happiness."The green transformation of existing residential buildings can make the building itself to maintain or upgrade to a better operating state,and can effectively reduce building energy consumption,mitigate the demolition of waste caused by the phenomenon of waste,reduce environmental pollution.From the perspective of the future,both the transformation of the construction industry will become the development trend of China's construction industry.
