Improve the research of electromagnetic interference of motor controller,this article put motor drive system as the object,focused on the mechanism,measurement method and propagation path and parameter prediction of electromagnetic interference.An active gate control method based on IGBT is proposed and applied to analyze the effect on electromagnetic interference of different control strategies of motor in the electric drive system.The lager transient voltage and current are caused by power device IGBT when it is in the switch process.Firstly,in order to suppress electromagnetic interference from interference source,an active gate control method based on IGBT is proposed,analyze the working principle of the circuit,system stability and gate voltage waveform,the simulation model of series-connected IGBT circuit is built up in the Saber.Build the test circuit,the simulation and experimental results prove that the active gate control method for electromagnetic interference inhibition.Then,based on the motor drive system,in which the traditional gate control method,the dynamic voltage rise control method and the active gate control method are implemented respectively,simulated common-mode / differential-mode interference under DC side and AC side,by contrast interference suppression of system is better under the active gate control.Finally,by changing the control strategy to suppress the electromagnetic interference in the system,the simulation model of PMSM drive system is built up in Matlab software.The harmonic components of the inverter output voltage under the vector control and direct torque control are simulated respectively and the theoretical analysis and test method are verified through the experimental tests.The results have shown that the intensity of the conducted electromagnetic interference in the electric vehicle drive system exceeds the limit stipulated by the national standard.The active gate control method can suppress the electromagnetic interference effective technology was confirmed by setting up the IGBT series experimental platform to verify the results.The comparison of two control algorithm in designed hardware test platform presents that the changing control strategycan suppress electromagnetic interference in motor drive system.The results of this study are significative for the analyzation of electromagnetic compatibility and its suppression.
