The prefabricated housing,that is building a house like assembling a block or a car,has become a hot topic in China's construction industry.It refers to a large number of field work in the traditional construction methods transferred to the factory,when the prefabricated components manufactured in factory,then shipped to the construction site,through the reliable connection in the field assembly.Because it adopts standard design and construction in the factory and assembly of industrial production,is conducive to the realization of construction industry.The assembly residential construction,different from the traditional ways,in terms of Internet information more closely,and the information technology represented by BIM is a contemporary digital technology,application and depth of network technology and engineering technology of parametric,visual,functional advantages of coordination,giving the new mission for the development of China's construction industry?The prefabricated housing member with split difficult,complex process and high hoisting construction mechanization degree.This paper based on the understanding of the characteristics of BIM and assembly house,development status and restricting factors in our country,focuses on the application value of BIM technology in residential construction stage,and take the prefabricated housing project as an example,the use of BIM technology in the construction stage auxiliary project target management,and its application the effectiveness analysis of economic benefits and comprehensive benefits,the actual problems and experience summary method encountered in the application process,so as to provide reference or suggestion for the development of China's prefabricated housing,the specific applications are following:?Schedule management,the BIM model is used to relate the schedule,then the schedule is compared with the actual progress,the construction site uses RFID and two-dimensional code to feedback the progress information in time.? Cost management,the use of BIM model to generate a large number of engineering reports,the extraction of the data needed to comparise,so as to guide the construction cost.? Quality management,pipeline synthesis under three-dimensional visualization model,advance the generation of reserved holes,for large size,prefabricated hoisting difficulties and high positioning requirements,make the simulation in advance,guide the site construction,improve the quality of the component installation.?Safety management,the use of BIM technology for the protection of the edge of the setting and scaffolding erection,in the model on the basis of stress checking and security,to reduce the occurrence of site safety problems.
