Prefabricated building components have higher requirements for installation,location and adjustment,and often appear component installation deviation in construction.Because the design change and construction rework lead to the extension of the time limit and the increase of cost,which become a common problem in the current assembly building construction.With the continuous progress of technology management,standardization and refinement will become the development trend of construction project management,BIM technology is a tool of data visualization,virtual construction,has the function,through the establishment of a parametric model of integration of project related information,sharing and transmission construction project whole life cycle information,to facilitate the project the management staff to make efficient decision and correct understanding of Engineering information.This paper firstly established by analyzing characteristics of the assembled building model based on BIM technology,the proposed rules establish assembly architecture model,and according to the rules of the establishment of the engineering standardization of prefabricated base;secondly,explore the cases of prefabricated construction prefabricated virtual installation process based on BIM technology with concrete engineering beam column joints,finally established the structure and key construction prefabricated virtual installation of 3D model;then,through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of related software,combined with the characteristics of material of the main structure of the project components,suitable for different materials is more accurate and efficient assembling building prefabricated engineering calculation,while the preparation of construction schedule;finally,according to the actual problems encountered in the construction.Optimization of construction scheme,through the establishment of Engineering BIM5D fine management platform,and information on the project schedule The source carries on the real-time dynamic control,and uses the visualization function of the BIM5D model to make the virtual construction of the optimized construction scheme.The concrete conclusions are as follows:(1)Prefabricated construction model proposed in this study to establish rules including prefabricated construction division,prefabricated model unit assembling building model principle of data exchange in the BIM software and between the prefabricated construction quota calculation rules,follow this rule can make the model of virtual installation can be shared in the same assembly building in use.(2)The prefabricated component library based on BIM technology,including geometric and physical information and real-time performance data,can greatly improve the efficiency of information management for precast components.In the design stage,users can set up corresponding model of prefabricated components by Revit software and boilerplate,and input the parameter information in the processing stage,the 3D visualization function of BIM technology can be more intuitive to show the prefabricated complex parts can be extracted accurately at the same time,prefabricated data information,achieve the fine production of prefabricated construction units.(3)Using Revit statistical function list by adding shared parameters in the template file in the family of prefabricated components,loading project input after the steel theoretical weight calculation formula,to achieve fast and accurate calculation of prefabricated steel quantity,effectively avoid the traditional steel structure calculation method to calculate the complicated process and high error rate problem,provides a new method of calculating method for the prefabricated construction engineering quantity of prefabricated steel.(4)BIM5D fine management platform can always check prefabricated whereabouts,real-time update member state,real-time dynamic control of project schedule and resources,the visual function of the BIM5D model at the same time,can optimize the construction scheme of virtual construction,convenient for managers to co-ordinate arrangements for the construction,to avoid conflicts of different professions and process in time and space,there are for project managers to control the macro dynamic project.
