With the development of the times,environmental protection and energy conservation and other new requirements to promote the current engine toward the high speed,high power,low fuel consumption and low emission direction.However,with the engine performance,will inevitably make the exhaust valve by the cylinder temperature and increased pressure to increase,for a long time in this harsh working environment makes the engine exhaust valve easy to failure.Exhaust valve failure has become a common fault in the automotive industry.Therefore,in the design phase of the valve transient temperature field simulation analysis,thereby improving the valve,making its work reliability is important.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of the engine exhaust valve was established by using CATIA software,and then the finite element method was used to analyze the temperature field of the exhaust valve group by ANSYS software,and the exhaust valve From the initial temperature to the steady temperature temperature curve,as well as the steady state after the temperature field and thermal stress distribution,and the valve transient temperature field numerical simulation analysis,and finally in other conditions remain unchanged circumstances to change the exhaust Gate cone,bottom shape and manufacturing materials for heat transfer simulation and analysis.The valve is mainly by the valve seat heat,followed by the valve duct;valve cyclical movement caused by the valve cone at the heat flux density was cyclical fluctuations,so that the exhaust valve temperature was also cyclical fluctuations,resulting in changes in the exhaust valve Of the thermal stress,coupled with the continued high temperature exhaust scouring,is the main cause of failure of the exhaust valve;transient temperature field simulation analysis of the results more accurate and more realistic.Therefore,through the computer simulation of temperature heat transfer and stress distribution method for the exhaust valve failure analysis and exhaust valve structure design and improvement provides a theoretical basis and the necessary reference,making the engine design phase of the relevant parameters More rational design to reduce the possibility of exhaust valve failure.It also provides a reference for the finite element analysis of other components in the engine.
