With the development of social,the structure of distribution network becomes complex,which have a greater impact to reliability and economy,power users have increasingly high demand for power supply reliability,in order to better meet the needs of the power supply of users,as well as to realize the scientific management and control of distribution network,reduce line investment and operation cost,improve the economic benefit of power supply enterprise,to establish information distribution.management system safely and efficiently,the optimization of the design of distribution network is needed,considering network planning and distribution automation terminal configuration.Distribution automation terminal optimization can reduce power loss effectively,thus improving the reliability of distribution network,and improve the economy of the distribution network at the same time,the distribution automation terminal optimization problem is studied under the consideration of reliability and economy.The optimization of distribution automation terminal is nonlinear problem,which needs to determine the type of the terminal equipment,as well as quantity and location,and meets the demands of power supply reliability and node voltage and current constraints.For the reliability calculation of the complicated system,this paper proposes an improved block FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)method.firstly,combined the structure of distribution network,then superpose the elements,which affected by the same outage event at the same time,so that the distribution network is simplified as a block structure,when calculate the power supply reliability of one block,the rest of other components can be seen as a whole block,thus the number of elements of the whole network can be greatly reduced,and the computational efficiency of reliability is improved.In this paper,to optimize the automation terminal,the genetic algorithm and implicit enumeration algorithm are adopted.The application of genetic algorithm can be used to improve the calculation speed and global convergence.Based on the idea of complete enumeration,the implicit enumeration algorithm can reduce the computational steps and improve the computational efficiency by making the appropriate rules and removing the combination that does not need to be calculated.Then find the optimal one from the optimization results using the reliability and the economic index,achieve the reliability of the system and got the minimum spent at the same time.Finally,caculate through the overhead contact network of multi segment single instances and programming in MATLAB,the results of algorithm are compared and analyzed,the correctness and practicability of the algorithm in this paper is validated.
