Power as a kind of basic energy importance in today's society more and more high,we can say in all aspects of life have cannot do without electricity,with the rapid development of national economy,it is becoming more and more important to obtain high reliability electric energy.At the same time,the power sector is aware that the satisfaction of the user is closely related to the reliability of the power supply.At present China's actual situation,the development of a strong distribution network architecture is the most powerful way to improve the power supply reliability of distribution network,combined with the development of distribution automation technology,research and development of various types of monitoring and control terminal distribution make the distribution can be more effective,if the scientific and rational planning the configuration of distribution terminal and various types of switch equipment,it will make all kinds of fault isolation situation or fault recovery become accurate and fast,it will also make the reliability level of distribution network has greatly improved.In this dissertation,the basic knowledge of distribution grid reliability is explained,according to the characteristics of grid structure of city distribution network complex,put forward the combined grey theory and neural network prediction algorithm,based on the reliability of the historical data of a certain city,the power supply reliability of city are predicted and confirmed the feasibility the prediction method.Secondly,this dissertation studies the optimal allocation of power distribution terminal distribution automation construction,considering the reasonable configuration of terminal need to take into account the reliability and economy of the two factors,for this type of combinatorial optimization problem,this dissertation proposes an improved genetic algorithm,to solve the planning problem of the type,quantity,distribution terminal the position of the three aspects,save a lot of computing time,improving the efficiency of the planning.Finally,through the optimization of the terminal configuration of typical lines in Baoding,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified.
