Among renewable energy,wind energy is one of the most potential energy.The most effective way to develop the wind power is to convert it into electricity.Because of the volatility and discontinuity of wind,Wind power also has great volatility and discontinuity,which makes wind power unable to be incorporated into the large-scale power system.So it seriously affects the stable operation of large power grid.The ideal solution to this problem is that the output power of wind energy storage system should be combined with the large power grid scheduling.In other words,the application of energy storage technology is used in wind power generation.So we can make use of energy storage to fill up the power fluctuation of wind farm output power.But a few complex big problems are how to optimize the energy storage system,how to adapt the output power of the energy storage system to the planned power grid dispatching and how to improve the capacity of grid to accommodate wind power.The solution of these problems is directly related to the large-scale development of wind power.Therefore,it is of great theoretical,practical and practical significance to solve these problems.Optimizing energy storage capacity of the combined system could make the wind power storage system stabilize the output power.In this paper,the model of wind power generation system and energy storage system is introduced in detail and the characteristics of wind turbine,wind turbine and energy storage system are summarized.Then the prediction of wind power is one of the two key factors of wind energy storage capacity of the storage system.Another key factor is the energy storage capacity optimization objective.In order to solve these two factors,this paper adopts the method of continuous prediction.By calculating the hourly output of wind farm,this paper aims to minimize the cost of abandoning wind energy,charging and discharging capacity,loss of operating of the design purpose of the energy system optimization model.On the basis of this model,the energy storage capacity optimization algorithm of wind energy storage system is put forward.This algorithm is based on “the level of scheduling confidence”.The power distribution of the difference between the historical output power and the predictive scheduling scheme is also presented.The algorithm is also applied to two functions,that is,cumulative distribution function and probability distribution function.These two functions use nonparametric estimation to fit the difference power.Finally,the power storage system is taken as the research object.Based on the field test data of a wind farm in Shanghai,the simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results of the wind energy storage capacity optimizationshows that compared with the traditional method,the proposed method can minimize the total cost of energy storage system and the relationship between the total cost and the level of scheduling confidence level is inversely proportional.The prediction of wind power value and energy storage capacity optimization goal is the key factor affecting the system storage capacity of wind energy.The energy storage capacity of the wind energy storage system is optimized by the method of "scheduling confidence level".It has the law that the sum of the energy storage system is inversely proportional to the confidence level.With the higher confidence,the cost is lower.Therefore,the research results of this paper for the optimization of the wind energy storage capacity storage system provides a new way.
