The Research Of Design Strategy Of General Hospital Space Use Efficiency

The construction of hospital in China has developed rapidly in the past 30 years,thescale has been expanding,and the standard of hospital construction has become higher and higher.The volume of the project was greatly expanded,and a considerable number of hospitals experienced many alterations and expansions.In the past,the overall layout and internal functional organization of the hospital has been unable to meet the needs of modern hospitals,and it can not meet the operation,management and use of modern hospitals.At present,many hospitals have the problems of waste of space and area and repeated construction of the same function.On the other hand,social sudden natural disasters and public health incidents increased,people's medical demand increases,which is mainly responsible for the whole city general hospital medical system,resources allocation is complete,will face more patients.The construction of general hospitals will no longer be the pursuit of maximum scale or hospital benefits,but instead focus on space quality,especially the efficiency of hospitals.This paper is from the angle of architecture of general hospital space use efficiency,carry on the research from three dimensions: the streamline distance is linear,one-dimensional space research;traffic space and function space area of "face",is a two-dimensional space research;interior space is three dimensional space.This paper through the research of the whole organization,hospital function,streamline and internal space and other aspects of the proposed strategy to enhance the efficiency of hospital space using qualitative methods for architecture design methods,as other aspects to enhance the efficiency of the foundation.The research object as the general hospital,selected 11 hospitals in the Dalian area as research object,and the general hospital patients in the main function part is mainly on the part of medical.Firstly,the overall planning(including hospital location,size,layout)make an overall analysis on the efficiency of the analysis of the influence of the type of single,part of the medical building two and building type in different groups of combinations on the efficiency of the analysis from the angle of portfolio construction groups,then this emergency,medical technology,hospital three part of the linkage relationship and internal spatial organization relationship is analyzed.On this basis,first of all,from the overall space level,this paper puts forward the efficiency promotion strategy from three aspects of efficiency and scale,efficiency and layout,efficiency and environment.The second part is from single level,put forward the emergency department,medical department and inpatient department strategy to improve the efficiency.From the aspects of space efficiency,comprehensive hall efficiency and spatial organization efficiency of each department,the efficiency improvement strategy is put forward.The medical department proposed the efficiency strategy and emergency and inpatient department from the correlation and internal parts.The inpatient department proposes efficiency improvement strategies from both the overall space organization and the internal nursing unit.There are still some deficiencies in this paper,but the analysis of hospital spatial efficiency is still in qualitative analysis,but the content of the investigation is more adequate,so as to provide some reference and inspiration for improving the efficiency of general hospitals.
