CFST arch bridge has been widely used in engineering because of its advantages such as large span,high bearing capacity,good stability and so on.Concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge is a statically indeterminate structure,the construction process is complicated and the system conversion is more frequent.The construction monitoring can effectively ensure the construction safety and construction accuracy.In this paper,Nanpu cross century road bridge 1-80 m simply supported arch as the engineering background,construction control of CFST arch bridge are studied systematically,the main work is as follows:(1)By using the finite element software Midas/Civil to establish the whole bridge model,simulation analysis of the construction process of the bridge,and provide a theoretical basis for the construction monitoring,and the infusion scheme of the dumbbell-shaped arch rib cross section is studied,and a reasonable perfusion scheme is obtained.In addition,the problem of boom tension is studied deeply,and the calculation method of determining the initial tension and cable force optimization of the boom is obtained.(2)By checking the bearing capacity and stability of the temporary structure,the safety of the actual construction is ensured.(3)The linear and stress of the structure and the suspender cable force are monitored and controlled,and the calculated values were compared with the actual measured values,the results show that the monitor has achieved the expected goals,can be used as the future reference of similar bridge construction monitoring.
