| Based on energy saving and green development,this paper proposed a recoverable flexible support system based on the advantages of traditional foundation pit support and prestressed anchor flexible support structure.The new support system could realize the recyclable recycling of ribs,panels and bolts after the foundation pit support,which solved the problem of high cost and long construction period of traditional support structure and realized the recycling of construction resources,and protected the geotechnical environment.Firstly,this paper introduced the research background and significance of foundation pit support,and the research about status and characteristics of deep foundation pit support and recyclable support structure at home and abroad.Secondly,the design concept of recyclable flexible support structure was put forward,and its system structure,working principle,deformation characteristic and calculation method were introduced in detail.Then,the recoverable flexible support structure was designed in detail,basing on the actual foundation pit support engineering.And carrid out theoretical calculation about the stress of the lattice unit and the overall stability of the foundation pit.Finally,the numerical model was established by using ABAQUS finite element software,and the deformation of the foundation pit under the recyclable flexible support system,the force of the supporting structure unit and the stability of the foundation pit were analyzed.Through comparing with the same engineering background soil nailing,pile anchor support,the feasibility and superiority of recoverable flexible supporting structure was proved.The results show that the recyclable flexible support structure could control the deformation of the foundation pit well and meet the requirement of deep foundation pit support,with its structure simple and force-bearing reasonable.In addition,the recyclable flexible support structure easy to dismantle,recyclable use,with good social and economic benefits. |
