With the progress of society,the development of economy,and the change of the life concept,the construction system puts forward the requirement of sustainable development of green construction.Aiming at the green construction goal of deep foundation pit support,a supporting system that can be recycled and reused is put forward,which is an assembled and recyclable deep foundation pit supporting system.The finite difference software is used to establish a numerical model for the assembly type recoverable deep foundation pit supporting system,and the stability and applicability of the model are studied and analyzed.(1)The assembly type recoverable support structure is composed of recoverable vertical steel pile,transverse beam,retaining plate and recoverable anchor.The force transfer mechanism during its support is analyzed,and the load transfer mode of the assembled recoverable support system is put forward.The soil pressure is first passed tothe vertical support pile and then transferred to the transverse beam by the vertical support pile,then the transverse beam passed the force to the bolt.Based on the existing design theory of foundation pits,a set of design methods for assembly type retrievable support systems is presented.(2)The numerical simulation results of the vertical displacement of the deep foundation pit under the prefabricated retractable support pattern show that the influence range of the foundation pit excavation on the pit side settlement is 1.6 to 2.3 times the depth of the excavation,and the maximum surface subsidence occurred in the 1/4~1/3 region;and the angle between the bottom surface and the vertical plane can hinder the heave of foundation pit.(3)The numerical simulation results of the vertical displacement of the deep foundation pit under the prefabricated retractable support pattern show that the excavation depth of the foundation pit is H and the maximum deformation of the supporting structure occurs within the range of 3/10H;the deformation of the foundation pit has a spatial effect,and the distance is less than 1.8 times the depth of the foundation pit,and the horizontal displacement of the pit top is obviously affected by the pit angle.(4)Under the same engineering background,the numerical simulation of deep foundation pits under pile anchor support is established and compared with the prefabricated support structures.The results show that assembly type recyclable deep pit supporting in the control of heave and horizontal displacement of supporting structure has more advantages.
