It is found by studying earthquake,not only horizontal and vertical vibration,but also torsional vibration of the structure emerged when earthquake happened,and the torsional effect is an important reason for the degeneration of the seismic capacity of the structure,which leads to the damage or even destruction of the structure.Because of the shortage of land resources and the diversification of architectural function,architects are not limited to simple appearance,at the same time,overrun high-rise have become increasingly common.The emergence of irregular structures is difficult to avoid as a result of the complexity of the structure.In view of the seriousness of the torsional failure,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of the torsional effect under earthquake action and to make reasonable control in the design process.In this paper,the structural analysis of eccentric structures is carried out.The influencing factors of torsional effect on frame structure and frame shear wall structure are mainly studied,and the adjustment method of the period ratio is discussed through the example of overrun project,at the same time,comparing the rationality and feasibility of different adjustment programs.The following works are finished:(1)A number of single-layer eccentric frame structure and frame tube structure model are established to explore the relationship between the periodratio,displacement ratio and eccentricity.Taking shear ratio as a parameter to evaluate the torsional effect of structure to discuss the relationship between eccentricity and shear ratio in the frame structure and frame shear wall structure.It is found that the torsional effect increases with the increase of the eccentricity of the structure,but the period ratio reduces.(2)A number of multi-layer eccentric frame structure model are established to explore the relationship between the period ratio,displacement ratio and the eccentricity.At the same time,the relationship between period ratio and height of building is discussed.Taking floor displacement ratio as a parameter to evaluate the torsion effect of structure to discuss the relationship between the length-width ratio,the eccentric direction and torsional effect of structure.It is found that the length-width ratio,the direction of eccentricity,the height of the building had significant effect on torsional effect of structure.(3)On the basis of the research results,several plans about overrun high-rise can be obtained through adjusting model,and the changes of other parameters under frequent seismic action besides period ratio and displacement ratio are made comparison to evaluate the seismic performance of the structure.At the same time,the tensile stress in shear wall under the fortification earthquake and story drift ratio under the severe earthquake are compared.The influencing factors of the torsional effect are explored in this paper,and through the application of the engineering example,it aims to have some reference value for the future research and design work.
