Cleanliness of mechanical products is an important index to evaluate the quality of products.Cleanliness is guaranteed from producing of the mechanical to the use of the product is necessary.Chips in the producing process,oil,the rust layer in the using process and the accumulation of dirt,etc.are required to be cleaned.The cleaning of the inner surface of the pipeline is the most difficult in all cleaning objects,and the cleaning of the inner surface is a difficult problem because of the restriction of space and depth.Therefore,it is necessary to study the inner surface cleaning.Cleaning glue-plugging pipe of shooting cigarette-filter is a practical problem in producing process of cigarette factories.At present,spearing is commonly adopted,while its poor cleaning effect leads to short cleaning cycle and low production efficiency.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The problem that cleaning glue-plugging pipe of shooting cigarette-filter is studied.Based on the analysis of the advantages anddisadvantages of several kinds of inner surface cleaning methods and the applicability of the pipeline under the working condition,finally,the pig method which is used for cleaning the inner surface of large pipeline is determined.2.A kind of pig suitable for 10.4mm diameter pipe is designed and manufactured.The pig abandons the flange plate fixed form that are used for the conventional large diameter and long-distance pipe,and uses a plastic sleeve withstanding cup to achieve fixation.The theoretical analysis of the influence factors on the cleaning of the inner surface of the long-thin pipeline by the pig is carried out.3.The numerical simulation of the flow field in the pipeline is carried out by the simulation software ANSYS.The influence of the pipeline pressure on the flow field is analyzed by changing the inlet pressure of the pipeline,which provides guidance for the experiment.4.An experimental platform is built based on the air compressor.For the6m-length copper pipe by glue simulating,30 cleaning comparison respectively selecting the new designed pig and spearing currently using by cigarette factories are implemented.The glue cleaned out by the pig has accounted to48.58%;the glue cleaned out by the spear makes up 8.25% of the total amount.The experimental results show that there is obvious superiority cleaning effect of pig than of spear.The optimum pipe pressure is determined by the change of the pressure of the pipeline.The experiment shows,when the pipeline pressure is0.5MPa,the pigging effect is the best.In the production field,50m-length,100-length and 150m-length combined pipe is cleaned by pig respectively.The test that passing ability of cigarette-filter were conducted in cleaned pipeline,the cigarette-filter can one-time success.It is show that pigging method is feasible in actual conditions.
