The metal wire mesh rubber is a new damping material,which can achieve the vibration reduction through the friction energy of the wire.Compared with the traditional metal reel metal rubber,its processing technology is better determined,the degree of automation is high,and the static and dynamic properties are also superior.In this paper,the metal rubber single piece is used to design the metal rubber damper for pipeline,and the static and dynamic mechanical properties are tested and simulatedThe main contents of this paper are as follows:1.A static compression experiment is carried out for the cylindrical stepped hole metal rubber and U-shaped metal rubber used in the design of metal rubber pipeline vibration absorber.The influence of compressive quantity on the static stiffness and energy dissipation coefficient is studied.The effects of the fatigue cycle on the static stiffness of the metal rubber and the damage of the specimens were studied.The effects of different compression positions on the static properties of U-shaped metal rubber were studied.In this paper,two kinds of stainless steel tube clamp and metal rubber combination are designed to make the tube shock absorber,and the static study performance is studied and the stiffness change is obtained.2.The dynamic performance of two kinds of vibration damper is studied by using the force hammer method.The dynamic performance parameters of two kinds of shock absorbers are obtained.The inherent frequency,damping ratio,dynamic stiffness and energy of the pipe damper are studied.The stiffness difference of the shape of U-shaped shock absorber was studied.3.The impact performance of the annular pipeline shock absorber and the U-shaped pipe damper is studied by the drop impact test.To study the effects of impact height for metal rubber damper system pipeline energy decay rate and the initial rate caused by the response.The response of two shock absorbers under impact load is obtained.Compared with the uninstalled shock absorber,the peak response and the response attenuation time were compared,and the shock resistance of the metal rubber pipeline damper was proved to be superior.4.As for the annular damper and the U-shaped damper static and dynamic mechanical properties of the numerical simulation,combining Yeoh model and Prony shear hyperelastic viscoelastic model is the establishment of calculation model of metal rubber material;the simulation of static stiffness and the static stiffness are compared,the error is relatively small impact;performance of two kinds of pipeline vibration damper is simulated,and compared with the experimental data,the error is relatively small,the validation of the simulation method of the feasibility of simulation for the same type of metal rubber damper.
