With the development of Micro-satellite which towards to microminiaturization,high performance and commercialization,more and more electronic COTS’s(COTS: Commercial-off-the-shelf)products are applied to the design of aerospace craft which replace higher level Radiation Hardened electronic products.However,in the face of effect of the space radiation environment,traditional commercial electronic components,especially for bit upset caused by the single event,is not effective.In this paper,based on the design of Phonesat’s integrated electronic system,using CFCSS software(Control Flow Checking by Software Signatures)method,multi thread technology and Flash’s Triple Modular Redundancy reinforcement realize memory error detection and correction software;hardware watchdog circuit and hardware multi modular redundancy,the system’s reliability has a significant improvement,the specific contents are as follows:First of all,this paper induces and analyzes the widespread use of dual redundancy backup fault-tolerant model,and introduced the system reliability analysis model and the basis of Markov stochastic process theory,the reliability modeling was carried out on the double redundancy system,at last,according to the results of comparative analysis with the stand-alone system double machine redundant system average life expectancy increased by 50%.And then the method based on soft reinforcement,C language was designed and implemented the workbench CFCSS branches reinforcement algorithm,through the fault injection experiment,the design can timely detect the error and recovery by means of repeated operation;At the same time,design the Android multithreading test scheduling mechanism of fault rollback recovery;AVR chip nonvolatile memory in three mode redundancy error recovery is designed,through the simulation analysis proves that the design effectively improve the reliability of the system.In the end,the paper concretely introduces design and its working mode of the Phonesat’s integrated electronic system.And backup,the dual redundant communication in orbit computer program updates and on orbit computer reliability backup are introduced.Proved through the simulation analysis and in-orbit experiment data,Phonesat’s integrated electronic system reinforcement design ensure reliable operation.
