Ribbon conveyer is a kind of lifting and transporting equipment that is either fixed or movable and it is indispensible in modern productive process of mining industry.The transfer station of ribbon conveyer usually has a large layer height,so materials fall down directly under gravity,and this causes severe striking and dashing against traditional transfer station and severe affection to feed system.All kinds of problems give rise to people's attention.Material blocking,dust escaping overproof,conveyer belt unbalance loading and wear accelerating are very common for traditional transfer station.This thesis gives a new design of beam hood,tee,curving blanking pipe and unpowered dust suppression chute aiming to reduce dust after a comparison between traditional and new type transfer station.In this thesis,spherical particle contact mechanics model is set up,and from this lead us to discontinuous medium element moving model.Analyzing material flow in hood,blanking pip and chute with the application of discrete element theory and approving the excellent effect of block proof and dust suppression.The thesis emphasizes on the affection of dampness and granularity to contact force,so as to provide technical support to abrasion analysis of curving blanking pipe.At the same time,the thesis makes a deep research on dust generation and designs a new type chute which can realize dust natural settlement.In order to confirm the rationality and practicability,the thesis applies fluid mechanics software to calculate and analysis dust movement in chute.Faced with the defects of the ribbon conveyer's transfer station both in and abroad,this thesis gives a new design of beam hood,tee,curving blanking pipe and unpowered dust suppression chute,so as to effectively control the direction and speed of material flow.This new design solves problems of traditional transfer station such as large impact force,big dust generation and unbalance loading of belt.And furthermore,it points out a new designing angle,and provides strong support to solve the defects of traditional transfer station.
