Along with the deepening of reform and opening up,China's high speed railway enterprise vigorous development,not only gradually realize the localization of high-speed emu,but also exported to foreign countries the emu related technologies.This article takes our country CRH3 type high speed emu as the research object,the traction drive system modeling,simulation and established a set of CRH3 type high speed emu traction drive system based on DSP2812 simulation teaching system.This paper set up the CRH3 type high speed emu traction drive system of the traction motor of matlab/simulink simulation model,simulation of the emu in the running characteristics of traction and braking conditions,and verify the validity of the simulation results.On the basis of the emu in running characteristics under different working conditions,high speed emu traction drive system simulation system are put forward.The simulation system based on TMS320F2812 hardware platform,through the voltage,current and speed sensor to realize data acquisition,data from the control panel via a serial port communication will be transmitted to the PC.PC software design through Lab VIEW graphical programming language,including current,voltage and speed of data acquisition,waveform display and data storage,and other functions.Through the emu different operation condition of experiment,the experimental results show that the teaching system basically can restore operation characteristics of high-speed trains in different operation condition,good presentation,practicability and expansibility,can offer high speed emu traction drive system research research idea and experimental platform.
