Doubly-fed electric machine(DFM) is a new type of electric machine which combines the advantage of the traditional induction machine and synchronous machine. Not only it can fulfill the need of general mechanical variable speed system,but also can supply reactive power to power system by modulating the frequency and phase of the rotor current. Besides,it can be used in variable speed constant frequency power generation.DFM can be operated as super-synchronous speed generator, super-synchrounous speed motor,sub-synchrounous speed generator and sub-synchoronous speed motor. It has better behavior and higher efficiency,which is provided with wide prospects of industrial application.This paper processes some research on the doubly-fed wound rotor induction machine system.Firstly,based on the mathematical model of DFM,and through a series of mathematical transform establish a new model in rotating coordinate system.Then based on the analysis of different orinentation strategy and vector transform technique estabish the mathematical model of DFM with stator flux M-T orinented vector control strategies. In this model, and through the winding commutation frequency conversion, the DFM's equivalence circuit is deduceda. According to the equivalent circuit,analysis of the characteristics of active power, reactive power,electromagnetic torque on the steady state of DFM.Then , in accordance with the actual requirement,select the thyristor as the basic components of cycloconverter to rotor side controller.analyse the operation principle and different control methed of cycloconverter, select a improved cosine ware crossing methed as the control methed of cycloconverter.Through the MATLAB/Simulink software,the vector control system of the DFM is structed and simulated .Through the computer simulation results,the correctness of the control strategy is verified.Finally ,on the basis of system simulation,the DFM for the vector control system is implementated by hardware and developed by software. Hardware part is completed through Dual-DSP coordinated work. Dual-DSP is divided into two parts : master DSP and slave DSP, the master DSP is mainly responsible for the work on algorithm such as flux calculation and rotating transformation.The slave DSP is mainly responsible for the real-time control work of current loop.This paper is corresponding design and experimental analysis for master DSP.The thesis research and experimental results show that the DFM with a high energy-saving advantages and good prospects for industrial application.
