With the rapid development of economy,the automobile industry has been developed rapidly,and the energy and environment problems have become more and more serious.The gas exhausted by cars is the main cause of haze.Also the car consumes a large amount of non renewable energy sources,causing the extreme shortage of resources.In order to change these drawbacks,the development of new energy vehicles is imperative,pure electric vehicles as a part of the new energy vehicles will be an important direction for the future development of the automotive industry.First,in the choice of driving motor used in electric vehicles,using the method of analysis and comparison of the most common four kinds of motor,the asynchronous motor is chosen as the drive motor of pure electric vehicles.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages with others,vector control is chosen as the control method of the asynchronous motor.The vector control system based on rotor flux orientation is established,and combined with SVPWM Technology,the inverter and the asynchronous motor as a whole,the speed regulation of asynchronous motor can be realized.Second,the speed is an essential physical quantity.In order to get the information of speed of rotation,rotational speed detecting devices are used to measure the speed of the rotation.And the traditional speed sensor must be attached to the engines and installed on the motor shaft for most of them,reducing the reliability of the system.Therefore,to enhance the reliability a model reference adaptive speed sensorless is built,and a reference model adaptive speed sensorless vector control system is built by using Simulink,and an improved BP neural network is used to optimize the reference model adaptive system,which can achieve the desired control effect.And the speed curve of the velocity measurement unit is compared with the speed curve of the speed measuring unit,which has a good following and reliability,and verifies the feasibility and superiority of the speedsensor.Finally,during the hardware platform building of the drive system of energy vehicles,TMS320F2812 is used as the control chip of the system.The hardware control system of the pure electric automobile is designed and the software is programmed,and the asynchronous motor is used in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the designed vector control system can meet the design requirements and achieve the performance of pure electric vehicles.
