The speed sensorless vector control system has strong applicability and economy benefit, the space of the system device is reduced, the cost is decreased and the reliability is improved. There are many scholars who take on research of this subject, but only some achievements were obtained in simulation research. The intention of this paper is discussing how to carry out hight-quality speed sensorless vector control system on experimental board, so that strong foundation for it's practicality is established.Using high-quality TMS320F2812 DSP, the speed estimated by Extend Kalman Filter (EKF) is participated in speed closed loop control and the rotor flux estimated by EKF is used for field orienting to implement speed sensorless vector control.Firstly, math model of three phase asynchronous motor and theory of EKF for estimation of speed and flux are discussed, theory and crucial problems of rotor field-oriented vector control are analyzed. Then, hard circuit of control system and system software which based on TMS320F2812 DSP are designed. Finally, the experiment is carried out and control performance is examined under diverse conditions. Experimental results show that the EKF can accurately estimate rotor speed and flux, and the designed speed sensorless vector control system has excellent dynamic and static speed control performance. The feasibility of the scheme's application is demonstrated.
