In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s highway and passenger dedicated line, the swivel construction is widely used in bridge that strides across existing lines. The construction method of many bridges in our country is swivel.Hovever, the Characteristics of bridge swivel construction are long span, large weight, rotary table, ball ream, and so on.There are few examples for swivel bridges that have small span, small diameter turntable and ball hinge. In this paper, combined with the rotation project practice of(40+64+40)m continuous beam in Haitian-Qingdao Railway crossing Qingdao-Jinan passenger dedicated line, the construction method of it is swivel and it has small diameter turntable and ball hinge.Based on it we study on the continuous beam swivel design and construction analysis. This paper mainly introduces the main parts of the swivel structure and the design method. When select the design parameters of traction cable,we can use experiment and calculation.Through the design and analysis of the construction scheme, firstly, describes the main technology and key procedure;secondly, solve the problem of swivel construction, finally, summarizes the construction technology of rotary construction.Using Midas FEA to establish the finite element model of 111# Pier for the static load analysis, finite element analysis results to ensure the reliability of the swivel construction force. The erection of the bridge construction is a success, rotating construction scheme did not affect the operation of the railway, not only ensure the construction quality, but also the cost is low and typical.
