The Key Technology Of The Highway Widening Subgrade

Considering of the intense schedule,limited land resources at the construction site and the reduced construction site space,all of these increased the difficulty for highway widening subgrade.In addition,in order to ensure the safety of road operations made some road construction and segment traffic control were implement,significantly increases the difficulty of construction of the highway widening subgrade.In addition,many problems were exist after highway widening subgrade was completed,mainly reflected in the old roadbed uneven settlement,pavement cracks reflection to varying degrees and so on,causing greater harm to traffic road.Therefore,it is need to make further research for the highway widening subgrade,especially the problems of widening construction for the highway old roadbed,it is need to find better solutions and construction measures to ensure a smooth highway expansion project to ensure road traffic safety.Therefore,choosing the right way is critical for highway widening subgrade.Firstly,some of the current domestic highway expansion project was studied as the background of the case to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of five different highway expansion programs.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation selection model was build for the choice of expansion of the program to highways..Secondly,the application of finite element ABAQUS was used to analyzes the various factors affect the highway expansion project,including width,height and widening influence of methods of settlement of differences,in order to provide the basis for the selection of the specified follow-up solutions,but also for the old road reconstruction design and construction of reference.Finally,the paper summarized the highway widened subgrade filling way,analyzed the basic idea for widening roadbed construction from foundation treatment and the basic body,proposed countermeasures and methods that can effectively prevent the differential subsidence appear.
