Out-of-code high-rise building is a kind of special building which exceeds the requirement of current standerd in height and regularity.Under the earthquake,the performance of such buildings is complex.The internal forces and deformation are generally large,and often accompanied by the formation of weak parts.In this paper,a high-rise building with an irregular plane in C hongqing is chosen as the object of study,and the seismic performance analysis of the structure under different earthquake action is carried out based on the performance-based seismic design concept.The nonlinear dynamic responses of structures under moderate earthquakes and major earthquakes are mainly studied.Finally,according to the results of calculation and analysis,the optimization design of the structure is carried out with the aim of better seismic performance and economic cost.The main achievements of the analysis and research are as follows:According to the current standard,the overrun judgment of the structure is completed and the measure of overrun is given.After that,the performance target requirements are selected.The response spectrum analysis of the structure was completed by Satwe and Midas Building.The performance of the structure under multi earthquake was evaluated according to the standerd and performance objectives.By using Midas Building,the nonlinear structural analysis model is established and the nonlinear dynamic response of the structure under moderate earthquake and major earthquake is calculated.According to the calculation results and current satanderd,this paper evaluates the seismic performance of this structure.By using SAP2000,the elastic-plastic timing analysis of the structure under the same seismic inputs was carried out,and the main results were compared with the Midas building results.The result shows that the overall difference between the two methods is not significant,and the seismic performance of the structure is highly reliable.On the basis of the existing analysis,the structure is optimized and the optimization scheme is further analyzed by structural elastic analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis.The result shows that the optimization scheme in the overall performance of the structure especially control the torsion effect are improved obviously;the optimization measures are reasonable and effective;The optimization approach can provide some references for similar projects.
