Research On The Architectural Interface Control Of Riverside Commercial Street

Riverside district,one of the most important public areas in Riverside city,possesses rich natural landscape resources,able to meet people’s desire to be close with water and therefore bring a high popularity to Riverside district,which greatly drives the business development of this city.On the other hand,the commercial landscape is also one of the ways to attract people.The combination of commercial landscape and natural landscape resources will further enhance the popularity and promote the development of Riverside area,thus forming a new commercial and leisure center.However,in the process of rapid economic and urban development,the current commercial areas of Riverside have faced many problems although achieved good results,mainly including excessive emphasis on commercial efficiency and ignorance of social and ecological benefits;high-intensity development and uncontrolled building construction resulting in poor image and unbalanced city layout;blind development and lacking regional characteristics leading to identical city image.In the context of great social and economic development,the Riverside commercial street should not only meet people’s material needs,but also the spiritual needs.Consumers’ attention to spiritual enjoyment has turned the design of the street from purely commercial function into enjoyment,leisure and culture.Therefore,it is particularly important to learn how to integrate landscape resources and commercial leisure into a whole so as to build a good image of Riverside Commercial Street.The architectural interface is an important part of Riverside commercial street space,which is an important means to integrate the whole environment of mountain,water and street.This paper takes the architectural interface of commercial street space as the research entry point,from the bottom interface,side interface and top interface to start,to analyze problems concerning the Riverside commercial street space development one by one.The full text is divided into three parts:The first part is to raise questions,including the first chapter which points out the background and problems of this study,literature review,research content and object,purpose and significance of research and research methods.The second part is to analyze problems,including the second chapter.The first chapter has summarized the basic research of commercial street space,Riverside space and Riverside commercial street architectural interface,as well as analyzed the relationship between Riverside commercial street architectural interface and space,that is,through the architectural interface,Riverside commercial street space could meet people’s use,cognition and aesthetic needs.On this basis,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign mature practice cases about commercial streets,and sums up excellent architectural interface control and guidance methods for Riverside Commercial Street.The third part is to solve problems,including chapter three,chapter four,chapter five and chapter six.In the third chapter,based on the comprehensive analysis of the general situation of the Nanbin Road Commercial Street in Yunyang,the paper puts forward the principles,methods and standards of the architectural interface control for Riverside Commercial Street.The fourth,fifth and sixth chapter respectively discusses the control and guidance strategies from the bottom interface,side interface and top interface.The fourth chapter provides design plans for the bottom interface to create a culturally readable spatial sequence and a background with local Sichuan characteristics.The fifth chapter makes design for side interface to create a Sichuan bazaar style with suitable space,active business atmosphere and typical regional elements,shaping a good sight of architectural interface for the Riverside commercial street.The sixth chapter designs for the top interface to integrate the contours of mountain and water,and create a roof design full of business atmosphere.Finally,it is the summary and outlook of this study,pointing out the shortcomings and hoping to achieve further improvement in the future research.
