At present,the power company has promoted the informationization construction of various business,but the substation operation and maintenance management business is still handled by hand,which has the defects of high operation and maintenance cost and low operation and maintenance efficiency.In order to change the status quo and improve the efficiency of the operation and maintenance department of the power company,the power company decided to develop a substation operation and maintenance management system to deal with the work order.The informationization scheme of operation and maintenance management system is composed of demand analysis,system design and system implementation.This article focuses on the system informatization plan.Asset management system is composed of two parts: mobile end and service end.The mobile end is deployed to Android.At the same time,the communication between mobile end and service end is realized by HTTP technology.The service end is developed based on J2 EE platform and uses SQL Server 2012 database to store data.Operations and maintenance management system server is mainly responsible for the construction of operation and maintenance standard library and the realization of asset failure work order management,mobile support operation and maintenance personnel to process work order.This topic has done the following valuable work: the system provides the notice function of work order assignment,when assigning assignment,it will automatically carry out short message notification.Because of the large amount of data sent,the blocking queue technology is introduced.In order to protect system data,this paper designs a security protection scheme,which integrates parallel server technology and backup technology.HTTP technology and JSON technology are used to realize data interaction between server and mobile,based on which the mobile function of Android platform can be completed.At present,the operation and maintenance management system has been applied to power companies,which can improve the level.
