The switch machine is used as the executive body of the turnout control system,which is used to convert the turnout,lock the turnout and reflect the position and state of the turnout.It is the core part of the rail transit field,and has strict rules and regulations for its operation and maintenance.In the context of the rapid development of today's rail transit,the demand for the operation of the switch machine is gradually increased,the switch machine related training means is still quite backward.This paper focuses on the research and development of the training and examination methods of the core components of rail transit.In order to solve the current situation of the training and examination of the switch machine,the virtual training and online examination of the switch machine are realized.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the virtual modeling environment of the virtual simulation environment of the switch machine,and combine with the virtual scene modeling features and technical indexes.the 3D virtual scene is constructed by using Solid Works and 3ds Max to realize the virtual scene modeling,And then optimize the virtual scene,At the same time,through the Unity3 D virtual reality engine to build near-real virtual simulation scene,through the interactive design to achieve the virtual scene interactive roaming and the operation of the switch machine parts,which can show the details of the operation of the switch machine and the realization of the machine virtual assembly in the virtual sce ne(2)Through the virtual scene real-time display principle,the scene of the parts operation and mouse picking algorithm and other key technologies.The collision detection technology of bounding box is studied,and the functions of rigid body collision and virtual assembly are realized in Unity3 D environment,and the phenomenon of mutual penetration between virtual scene parts is avoided.This paper studies the logic control and event response mechanism in the 3D simulation system,realizes the collision detection feedback response in the 3D interactive assembly process,and realizes the human-computer interaction.(3)A fault tree analysis method is proposed for the failure mode of the switch machine,and the fault tree is connected with the expert system in combination with expert knowledge and experience.The expert system of fault diagnosis is developed to realize the automatic indexing and maintenance decision support of the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the switch machine.In the development of the online examination system of the switch machine,the intelligent test paper composition is studied,and the traditional particle swarm algorithm is improved and applied to the intelligent test paper in the examination system to realize the automatic examination of the questions from the question bank,Extract papers that meet different test requirements.(4)The overall framework design of the virtual simulation system of the switch machine is realized by using the VS development platform,including t he realization of the interface design,the realization of the system structure and function visualization,the realization of the theoretical knowledge learning module,and the realization of the switch machine training and evaluation systems through the integration of the related function modules.
