| Since the beginning of the last century in 80 s,our country city to accelerate the process,led to large-scale city construction,there are too many to count the historic ashes to ashes in this process.The historic district is often the most concentrated area of a city’s cultural heritage preservation,is the history of the development of the city,but also the habitat of the spirit of the people.Therefore,the protection of historic sites is of great significance.The mainland and Taiwan are geographically close to the ancestral culture.This paper selected Xiamen Zhongshan Road and Taipei Tihua Street Historic District at the beginning of the formation of the builders are Xiamen(the Taipei Dihua street of Xiamen,Tongan immigrants)so the early formation of the space form is very similar,but after the development process is not the same,through the comparison between the two can the relationship between historical elements and influencing factors.Two specific components of logic can be divided into two layers: the first layer space logic is often directly affected by natural factors,such as landform,river shoreline Yamagata belong to this category;the second layer space composition logic including history,city construction and law etc..The space itself will affect the composition of logic elements,the combination will also affect the elements: two layer logic if coincidence is the formation of city space form,regular or city space will have a disorder.Taiwan area for the protection of historical blocks of material space introduced a more flexible rate of volume transfer policy,while in response to the decline of the street there is an active advocate of URS plan.The former is to ensure that the interests of property owners can protect the historical block of the overall spatial form;the latter through the upgrading of the block format,increase the well-being of residents to enhance community identity.Two methods are worth learning. |
