Research On Micro Renovation Of Minor Historic District In Qingdao

" Minor Historic District " historical block refers to the area with certain historical value but outside the core protection scope of legal historical and cultural block,which is vulnerable to damage or shelving due to low legal status and low commercial value.However,its vast "recessive" historical resources and its value to the urban context and maintaining the integrity of the historical context cannot be ignored.Qingdao as the third batch of "national famous historical and cultural city",currently defined the scope of protection of the 13 pieces of historical and cultural blocks,as the core,and the distribution of the historic district of Qingdao has the endless,outside the scope of protection of the core in the history of the city,there was part of,a number of historic buildings constitute the integrity of the famous historical and cultural city of Qingdao.And the old buildings and surrounding communities mixed,organic symbiosis,forming a special style,but also for the urban renewal work has brought some problems.First of all,through the study and investigation of relevant literature and cases of minor historic district the author clarified the relevant concepts of minor historic district and summarized the relevant studies of minor historic district at home and abroad,thus summarizing their characteristics and values.At the same time,the concept of micro-renewal with small scale and low cost,co-governance and sharing operation mechanism and working mode are analyzed,and the applicability of micro-renewal in minor historic district is analyzed.Secondly,it conducts extensive investigation and research on the minor historic district of Taidong Town,Taxi Town and Changshan Road in Qingdao,and conducts in-depth investigation and research on the historical evolution,land use,texture,buildings,streets,traffic,public space,population and other aspects of Changshan Road historical blocks,and analyzes their value and existing problems.Then,according to the characteristics and problems of minor historic district,combined with the general methods of renewal of historical blocks and micro-renewal of old communities,this paper conducts innovative and special alienation research on them.The micro-renewal strategies of minor historic district such as moderate intervention,organic collage,joint development of old historical buildings,reproduction of civilian culture,construction of work platform,combination of sponge city concept and historical districts,are proposed.Finally,the micro-renewal design is carried out for the historical block of Changshan Road.According to the research situation,the micro-renewal strategy of minor historic district proposed above is combined to realize the transformation from theory to practice,and provide some reference for similar blocks.
