With the development of today's society,the overall size of the power supply system is getting bigger and bigger,and the structure is more and more complicated.The continuous increase in power load led to a significant increase in the dependency of the distribution network on the power supply system.Users are also more stringent requirements on the quality and stability of the power supply.The factory electricity is an important part of the power supply system,a slight voltage fluctuations and short-term power failure will give users a huge loss.Therefore,it needs to achieve intelligent control of distribution in the distribution network to improve the level of intelligent management,which can supply uninterrupted high quality electric energy for factory powered users.This paper mainly introduces the basic concept of the power distribution system of the factory and the intelligent power distribution system of the substation.By analyzing the load situation,this paper introduces the design of the intelligent power distribution system of the industrial plant,to determine the operation of the plant power distribution system and high and low voltage switchgear parameters,select the conditions of the distribution of equipment,design of the distribution plan,so that the distribution room and a second power supply system and the effective operation of the power supply system,The requirements,contents and functions of the intelligent distribution system of the factory are discussed on the basis of the design.This paper analyzes the demand and key technology of the factory electricity,analyzes the design direction of the intelligent system and the specific functions of each module,and then selects the "Inter SCADA intelligent power distribution system" as the concrete realization software Support and discuss the configuration of the software to meet the design requirements,to achieve the factory intelligent distribution system-related data transmission,and finally specificallydescribed the design of the factory intelligent distribution system applications,the use of its effectiveness and benefits Analysis and elaboration.The design and application of the intelligent power distribution system can reduce the labor intensity of factory employees,improve labor productivity,improve the existing working conditions,reduce production costs,which is conducive to improving the overall economic efficiency of enterprises.
