Paver is one of the key equipment in road machinery and equipment, its performance directly affects the quality of road construction work. This paper introduces the structure, function and working mechanism of paver actuator. That is mainly introduced the paver screed device. The vibrating beam and screed are the key components of the screed.By means of ANSYS,ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL)was used to simulate and analyze the vibrator and screed of the paver, and the relevant thermal stress analysis and modal analysis were carried out by using finite element method. The data of the parts are obtained to analyze the stress-strain,stress-concentration and vibration characteristics of the parts, and provide the data reference for the optimization design of the parts. This paper focuses on vibrating mechanism, vibration mechanism and screed. The existing vibrating mechanism works with horizontal component and vertical component, and the vibrating mechanism needs the vertical force, the horizontal component is the redundant harmful force,so this part has carried on this part Improved, the use of pneumatic linear vibrator,to avoid the horizontal component of the impact of the ironing device. In order to minimize the impact of the pneumatic linear vibrator on the screed, the pneumatic linear vibrator is connected with the screed by the pneumatic linear vibrator and the compacting beam.Butterfly spring buffer bearing, can effectively reduce the linear vibrator occurred in the screed on the component.During the optimization design of the asphalt mixture paver's actuator, the UG software was used to build the 3D model, the 2D map was generated and the main motion was simulated.
