The distribution system of transformer region is closely related to people's production and life,facing the terminal user directly,is an important infrastructure for people's livelihood,the development of intelligent distribution of transformer region has a leading role to promote extensive upgrade of China's strategic emerging industry development and economic transformation,which has important significance to bear and promote the national "Internet+"smart energy strategy.But conventional distribution system in the practical application had been existing the defect that pattern is not uniform,wide range,intelligent level not balanced,great differences in transformer region distribution technology and product function.To solve these problems,combined with the status quo and the characteristics of the transformer region distribution,intelligent distribution system of transformer region which the core unit is the distribution transformer was studied,then from the following aspects,the research and analysis of its pivotal technology were done.The composition,characteristics,defects and development trend of the traditional transformer region distribution system had been studied.On this basis,A total schema of transformer region distribution system,system's topological structure,primary circuit method of distribution boxes,intellectual key control device were designed.Based on the analysis of the traditional distribution transformer region reactive power compensation can not compensate the unbalanced current effectively,using a new type of reactive power compensation control strategy based on symmetrical component method,which not only can compensate reactive power,but also can eliminate unbalanced current in the system,and the validity of this compensation strategy is verified by simulation and experiment.On-load capacity regulating technology plays an important role in the intelligence of transformer region distribution system,on the basis of analyzing the principle in energy saving and loss reduction of Transformer's Capacity Regulating on Load,the load capacity regulating data pretreatment method and the load forecasting methods were analyzed and derived,then the accuracy of the prediction is verified by simulation,finally,a control method of on-load capacity regulating was gave.Based on the above research on power distribution equipment,communication interconnection of transformer region distribution system and backstage monitoring were devised.Topological structure picture of communication system was gave,and concentrator,serial device server,concentrated meter reading device which are the key parts in communication system had been designed.The experiments of the intelligence transformer region distribution system designed were carried out in the laboratory and project on-site,the results show that the distribution device designed on the error of voltage and current measurement are withiną0.3%,the other major electrical parameters of the measurement error can be maintained at less thaną0.5%,the measurement accuracy can meet the requirements of site protection,moreover,it has an obvious effect on reactive power compensation,practical on-load capacity regulating function,reliable communication network,can improve the distribution power supply quality and management efficiency effectively.
