Energy crisis and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent in the world,Car fuel is one of the main reason.Electric vehicle as a new type of vehicle for energy saving and emission reduction has a substantial role in alleviating the two major problems of the world.Thirteen five-year's plan include the new energy vehicles.And large enterprise groups,universities and research institutions into huge financial and material resources involved in research in this field.Electric vehicle charging speed and range are the two key problems.In order to promote the development of new energy electric vehicles,charging device as a key technology for the development of electric vehicle industry,reflects the great prospects.In the paper,For the problem of electric vehicle charging,Will design and research the DC charging pile.Through the analysis of the current situation and the battery characteristics of the electric vehicle charging device,it is determined that the two stage charging method with constant current and constant voltage is used to make the full bridge converter as the main circuit topology.Firstly,Design of the main circuit,the main circuit applied phase shifted full bridge soft switching technology,reduce the power loss and reduce the power switch tube damage,also on the device for the selection and parameter were calculated,Through Matlab/Simulink software,modeling simulation and analysing waveform for the system.And the design of the control circuit,based on DSP TMS320F2812 as the control core,PWM wave subroutine design,A/D sampling subroutine design and voltage current double closed loop PID control subroutine design were carried out,Then design the whole program.At the same time,the driving circruit with negative pressure is designed to realize the IGBT reliable conduction,and the protection circuit is designed to prevent the input over voltage,and the output over voltage and output over current phenomenons.Finally,A small power experiment circuit is built to verify the function,which proves the rationality of the system design.
