| Population aging is the trend of world population change,and "Empty Nest family" has become a common social phenomenon,which makes more and more elderly "care vacancy".At the same time,as people’s living standard unceasingly improves,makes the demand for the medical and family care more and more.Although there are a number of outstanding achievements in the current nursing bed market,the function of the nursing bed is not complete enough,which can not meet the needs of the individual.In view of this situation,this paper for the elderly,chronically ill,disabled and paralysed patients to design a multifunctional nursing bed,the nursing bed in hospital beds,rehabilitation,fitness in one,to solve the problem of single function of nursing bed..Firstly,the overall design of multifunctional nursing bed is carried out based on ergonomics.According to the standard(YY0003-90)and research results,the design principle,function requirement and design index of multifunctional nursing bed were formulated,and the configuration of each functional module was designed;The overall scheme design and control system of multifunctional nursing bed ontology were completed,the driving form and the energy supply method were determined.Secondly,the design and kinematics analysis of multifunctional nursing bed mechanism are carried out.Design of the dimensions of the components in each institution,using analytic method to analyze the movement regularity of each mechanism,and in allusion to some hypotheses in the theoretical computation,the mechanism model is introduced into the software Adams,the functional verification analysis is made,and the mechanism can satisfy the fixed motion law and space position requirement.Then,the multifunctional nursing bed structure is designed.Mainly include the whole frame,back parts,bending parts,turning parts,bed and lifting and front and rear tilt parts,toilet fitness components and intelligent sitting system seven functional modules.To complete the material selection of the functional modules,the mechanical analysis of the various institutions,determine the motor model;draw a three-dimensional entity diagram of multifunctional nursing beds.Finally,using the finite element stress analysis of ABAQUS software for the extreme conditions of the bed frame and back support plate,the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram are obtained,the verification and analysis of stress and displacement in the safe range of materials that can meet the work requirements. |
