According to relevant statistics,since the one-child policy enacted,population base has been controlled effectively,though it has brought a new problem that the Chinese society is increasingly aging,the elderly population in the proportion of total population is getting bigger and bigger,in the case of the social security system is still imperfect,more and more old people can not get proper care and their own state of health can not be guaranteed,at the same time,for limb paralysis and patients who need to get rehabilitation nursing treatment,although there are some medical facilities which can help them to recover and nursing,but the universal function is simple,cannot achieve good effect of rehabilitation care and treatment.Multimodal motion mechanism in the system design means to build an overall organic motion mechanism framework by using a variety of mechanism motion scheme,it is by using varieties of motion mechanism types and fusion using a multiple motion mechanism that a variety of the corresponding function can be achieved.Based on the above,this article designed a multifunctional rehabilitation nursing robot bed with a multimodal motion mechanism framework for the elderly,limb paralysis and patients who need to get rehabilitation nursing treatment,Aiming to provide them with a new type of medical facilities that can give a better rehabilitation care and treatment.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of multi-functional modular rehabilitation nursing robot bed based on multi-modal motion mechanism.According to the function requirements of the modular multifunctional rehabilitation robot nursing bed and design index for multimodal sports institutions in accordance with the corresponding function of the overall layout,determine the required framework of each part of the specific size,so as to determine the overall design scheme of multi modal motion mechanism of the multifunctional rehabilitation nursing bed.(2)Each part of the motion mechanism under the framework of multi-modal motion mechanism is designed and analyzed one by one according to the function required.The change of displacement,speed and acceleration and other related parameters in the running process is analyzed,so as to determine the reasonableness of the operation of the mechanism,and lay a foundation for subsequent dynamic simulation and strength checking of all parts,and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of transmission parts.(3)Doing a specific mechanical design and material selection for each motion mechanisms,determining the driving method and the size of the driving medium,conducting specific Solidworks 3 d modeling,validating the rationality of the design of driving parts selection and size.(4)Giving a brief introduction to the process of production,processing and assembly and debugging of multi-function modular Nursing Robot bed,summary analysis was carried out on the appeared problems and solutions,using Solidworks Simulation software on the strength of spare parts,check again for the problems according to the checking results of finite element analysis of related parts and components design and introduces the design after the adjustment plan.(5)The design and implementation of multi-modal motion mechanism based on multi-function modular nursing rehabilitation robot bed is summarized and the future research is prospected.
