Development Of Multifunctional Intelligent Nursing Bed

The growing population aging and the large number of people with disabilities have launched a severe challenge to our country's social pension and security system.How to provide care and care services to those unable to take care of themselves due to physical deterioration or disability has become a major issue social problem.Nursing bed have been widely used in the care of disabled people as medical aids.But the existing nursing bed products generally have the disadvantages of imperfect aid function and single function.In order to reduce the work intensity of nursing staff and maximize the self-care of patients,this article has designed and developed a multi-functional nursing bed product integrating posture adjustment and defecation management.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.On the premise of synthesizing the relevant literature and market survey results,the research direction of nursing bed is determined.The overall design plan and design principles of nursing bed are proposed based on ergonomics,and the concrete design of each function parameters and overall dimensions were established.The concept of modular design was introduced to divide the bed of the nursing bed into four modules: bed frame,back supporting,leg curling and body turning.This paper have completed detailed structural design and modeling of each module,and the strength and rigidity of the important components were checked by finite element analysis to ensure the safety of the nursing bed structure.2.Developed a bedside toilet integrated system for the nursing bed,which can help patients to solve the nursing problems such as urinating and urinating after cleaning in the bed.According to the principle of system functions such as suction collection,toilet flushing,buttocks washing and drying,the selection of all the components and the design and modeling of the components were completed.A vacuum suction prototype test was designed and tested to verify the system's ability to collect waste.3.Drawing a complete set of engineering drawings,follow up all the parts processing and prototype assembly.Proposed the development direction of the nursing bed products,and provided preliminary solutions to some problems found in the prototype debugging process.To summary,the research results of this paper lays a certain foundation for the application and industrialization of multi-functional intelligent nursing bed with auxiliary function.
