Building information model(BIM)as a new concept of modeling and three-dimensional technology has begun to penetrate into the domestic and international construction projects in the design,construction,cost and other stages.However,BIM technology is rarely used in complex joint of large-scale projects.BIM technology used in steel,steel and other professional and construction simulation research is not much.This paper combines the problems of complex joints in construction technology.In this paper,we use three-dimensional deepening design software to analyze the complex joints of steel reinforced concrete structures in three-dimensional model.We carry out construction simulation analysis to solve the typical problems in the construction in advance.Complex joints tend to be heavily packed in tendons,difficult to construct,and difficult to construct.There are many problems both in the construction stage and at the deepening design stage.Complex joints are parts of design and construction that require special attention.This paper analyzes the deepening design process of joints by analyzing a practical case,classifies and resolves the problem,and summarizes the technical methods and ideas of deepening the design of complex joints based on BIM technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the application status of BIM,summarizes the application stage of BIM,application software and data interactive format,and highlights the value of BIM technology to engineering project.(2)A multi-disciplinary BIM model is established for steel-concrete joints and merged through IFC format.Combined with the existing problems in the construction site,the analysis of complex joints need to deepen the design of key components.(3)Using BIM visualization,simulation and other technologies to complete the specific engineering complex joints to deepen the design.(4)Study the rationality of increasing the stiffener plate at the joint connection plate.The BIM joint model is introduced into the finite element analysis software Abaqus,and the model of the three stiffener schemes is compared.So as to obtain the best design and application of stiffener and construction site.(5)From the perspective of economy,the application of BIM in complex joint design is analysed.The BIM return on investment(ROI)model is established.And through this model,the investment rate of return of BIM is estimated by the conversion layer of this project. Through three aspects of the assessment we can see that accurate mapping,reduce engineering changes,reduce the construction conflict is the biggest driving force for investment in construction enterprises.Landing application of BIM can bring better economic benefits to the project.
