With the rapid development of communication technology and Internet technology,Enterprise human resources service platform is gradually extent to mobile phones,Pad and other intelligent terminals through the mobile Internet.It offers the possibility to improve the efficiency of human resource management.At present,there are more and more enterprise applications,enterprise-class mobile applications have also developed,but there are few concerns and researches on the user experience of mobile human resource management software products.With the development of mobile Internet technology as well as cross-border and inter-regional cooperation in business,more and more business people work in "mobile".Users' usage scenarios are mobile,and the use of time has the characteristics of fragmentation,so how to make users complete the work quickly and efficiently,and to get the best experience becomes the key to the success of the product.The main contents of this paper are divided into four stages.Firstly,it analyzes the concept of user-centric user experience design and the elements of user experience,and puts forward the user experience design process of mobile application software.The design of mobile terminal of human resources cloud service platform provides the basis of the principle.Secondly,this paper analyzes the concept,analysis method of user's mental model as well as the application in user experience design,and puts forward the user experience design process of human resource cloud service platform based on user's mental model.And then it uses the questionnaire survey to study the user's needs,builds the user's psychological model from the user existing product experience and the user expectations of the product two dimensions,and then establishes the user role.The user's needs are analyzed through the scenario design,the product optimization direction is determined through the user experience evaluation,and the design framework is constructed based on the user's mental model.Finally,it refines the design according to the design framework,and completes the usability test to verify the effectiveness of the design.The research significance and main innovation of this paper are as follows: Firstly,according to the theory of cognitive psychology,this paper studies the user's mental model and puts forward the design method of human resource cloud service platform based on user's mental model,combined with the design principle of user experience design.The user mental model guides the whole design process.Secondly,the study of human resource cloud services platform design based on the user's mental model,provides an important theoretical and practical basis for the future design of human resource management software.Simultaneously,it can guide the company's well-developed design specifications and systemic design flow.
