This paper starts the research of the design of public self-service equipment, the research background, research status, purpose and significance of the research and research content and methods to explain the necessity and feasibility of this study. Then, according to the relevant theory and research methods, the user experience of the relevant theory and research methods, the use of the scene, the task of the user experience of the scene, the task is analyzed, and then, the user experience in the design of public self-service equipment.Finally, the theoretical results are applied to practice. Finally, the theoretical results are applied to practice.In the process of improving the user experience of public self- help equipment, the paper establishes a strategy framework to improve the user experience of public self-help equipment, which is based on user centered task analysis method and user experience, and then analyzes the key factors which affect the establishment of user experience, and tries to discuss the corresponding design strategies.
