With the development of MEMS technology and integrated circuit technology,micro sensor,small size,low power consumption and the development of micro actuator has made great progress,and got widely used in both human health detection system,structure safety inspection system,embedded system etc..But these devices typically require micro batteries as the power supply of materials,Although these batteries can play a good role in energy supply,but there are obvious defects,such as large size,environmental effect,chemical toxicity is serious.These are restricting the development of micro devices,the researchers at home and abroad to collect energy from the surrounding environment,and convert it into electrical energy supply equipment.But in the current research on many problems,such as the energy collection device size causes the output power is too small,and most device has only one resonant frequency,the frequency range is too small,which leads to low efficiency and single occasion can be applied to the energy collection.In order to solve output power is too low the energy collection device,working frequency range is too narrow,in this paper,a disc piezoelectric energy harvesting structure is proposed.This paper makes a detailed analysis on the working principle of the piezoelectric energy harvester,including material selection,material vibration energy into electrical energy,the piezoelectric cantilever model analysis,piezoelectric cantilever electromechanical coupling theory,provides a theoretical basis for the design of the device.Then the simulation analysis on the performance of the device by using the ANSYS finite element model,effects of various parameters on the performance of the device.Finally,through the research on the effects of various parameters on device performance,optimization of device structure design,and design a new structure to improve the output characteristics of the device,and broaden the range of working frequency devices.
