The liquid lens based on electrowetting technology has the advantages of miniaturization,electronically controlled focal length,short response time,low cost and simple structure.It has important research and application significance in the field of microfluidics optics.The double liquid lens was used as the research object,the liquid density difference was taken as the starting point.Based on the numerical formula derivation and analysis of the results,through the physical model and optical model of theoretical research,the double liquid lens system with an aspherical interface was obtained.The theoretical analysis of liquid materials,imaging processing and its new application research are carried out,and some results are obtained.The main research work is as follows:1.The research background and present situation of liquid lens are introduced,the theoretical basis and the derivation of related theoretical formulas are expounded,and the structure and working principle of liquid lens based on electrowetting technology are analyzed.2.Based on the numerical equation of the double liquid lens interface,the influence of the liquid density difference on the aspheric liquid lens is deduced and discussed.Taking the simple oil and water solution as an example,the variation of the aspheric surface was discussed,and the liquid lens under different surface was analyzed.3.Using the emerging ionic liquid as the conductive liquid,the imaging analysis of the liquid lens with the aspheric interface was obtained by establishing the liquid lens optical model,and the image quality was improved by the image processing method.It is concluded that the imaging quality is improved when the liquid lens with aspheric interface is compared to a liquid lens with spherical interface,but it has no positive correlation with the degree of the asphericity and the imaging quality.4.Based on the theoretical analysis,the new application of electrowetting liquid lens was researched preliminarily.
