Liquid lenses have excellent properties,such as strong zooming capability,fast response speed,simple structure and easy integration,which make them have wide application prospects.In particular,the small aperture liquid lens has important research significance and application value in optical synthetic aperture imaging technology,which use several small apertures for optical means to splice and synthesize large aperture system imaging.Based on the principle of electrowetting liquid lenses,with ionic liquids,double liquid lens and three-layer liquid lens are taken as the main research objects in this paper.Starting from the two key points of phase change and imaging analysis,according to the characteristics of the difference between aspheric lens and spherical lens,theoretical analysis is carried out on the phase change,imaging characteristics and liquid materials of liquid lens,and certain research results are obtained.The main research work is as follows:1?This paper expounds the research background and significance,introduces the research status of liquid lens and the theoretical knowledge of ionic liquid,and deduces the theoretical basis of electrowetting and related principle formulas.2?According to the different refractive indexes of liquid lens materials,the corresponding ionic liquid lens models are designed by Comsol simulation software from two aspects of phase change and imaging characteristics.3?The relationship between the voltage and the phase change of the double liquid lens and the three-layer liquid lens analyzed and compared when the interface surface are aspheric and spherical respectively.4?The imaging optical models of double liquid lens and three-layer liquid lenses are established by Zemax optical design software,and the imaging analysis of lens systems containing aspheric and spherical surface respectively is carried out.5?The Matlab software is used to analyze the aspherical surface parameters of the double liquid lens under different voltages,the relationship between the aspherical surface parameters of the liquid lens and the voltage is studied,the influence of different liquid materials on the aspherical surface parameters is analyzed.
