| The vibration machinery in the environment can be everywhere,for the environment in the vibration of mechanical energy collection and utilization of technology gradually rise,with the vibration transducer to replace or reduce the use of traditional chemical batteries with great practical significance.However,the traditional vibration transducer has the problem of low energy density and narrow bandwidth.Based on the characteristics of fractal structure self-similarity,the fractal piezoelectric oscillator can replace the traditional single-shaped piezoelectric oscillator,which can broaden the energy acquisition bandwidth and improve the energy acquisition density.In this paper,piezoelectric resonator is fabricated by using piezoelectric ceramic the LTC3108 chip-based energy collection circuit was used to test the output characteristics of the piezoelectric oscillator.The work of this paper is reflected in the following aspects:1.The performance of fractal piezoelectric ceramic vibrator is analyzed.The fractal piezoelectric oscillator with three self-similar structures has three different resonant frequencies,which can effectively increase the bandwidth of the energy acquisition device,and can effectively improve the space utilization and energy acquisition density of the device.2.The modal characteristics of the fractal piezoelectric vibrator and the frequency of the output harmonic response are analyzed by finite element method.The resonant frequency of each level fractal piezoelectric oscillator is calculated,and the change of the piezoelectric oscillator strain and the output voltage with frequency is investigated by sweeping.The results show that the vibration frequency range of the piezoelectric oscillator increases with the increase of fractal level,and the energy density increases and the output voltage becomes larger.A fractal vibration transducer based on piezoelectric ceramic material is fabricated,And the influence of different load on the output power of piezoelectric vibration transducer is analyzed.3.The energy acquisition circuit based on LTC3108 chip is designed and fabricated,and the output voltage and output power of the fractal ceramic piezoelectric oscillator are tested.The actual output voltage is 2.2V,3.1V,4.0V and 4.8V,respectively,and the design value of 2.35 V,3.3V,4.1V and 5V basically the same.Through the actual test,measured the load voltage at both ends of 1.60 V,current flow of 0.52 mA,indicating that the piezoelectric oscillator output power to milliwatts. |
