| Nowadays,there is still a shortage of energy in the world.In many areas without power grids,electricity can only be generated through a series of natural energy,such as vibration energy.At the same time,miniature low-consumption electronic devices are constantly being updated and still have development prospects.Therefore,the subject of energy harvesting can be studied in depth.Among them,the piezoelectric energy harvester has the advantages of long use time and strong adaptability to the working environment.It has always been a research hotspot.However,the traditional piezoelectric energy harvester has a narrow response frequency range when vibrating,and the output efficiency is also low.It is often limited by space.In order to improve the above shortcomings,this article will design a tilted different-length combined piezoelectric energy harvester to enable it to pass through the combination of multiple tilted beams in a specific limited space,and save a certain amount while spreading.It can increase the output voltage and adapt to multi-frequency energy harvesting in the low frequency range.The article first determines the main device structure of the piezoelectric energy harvester through the understanding of the characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator,and then calculates and analyzes some parameters of the cantilever beam through the mathematical theory of part of the piezoelectric cantilever beam to obtain general laws In summary,finally select a suitable reference cantilever beam to analyze the influence of the tilt angle,and provide some parameter basis for the subsequent ANSYS simulation.Finally,taking the selected reference beam as the standard,first through multiple sets of simulations,the beams are extended while changing the inclination angle to find out the law of parameter change,and finally these beams are combined through a certain arrangement to form multiple sets of inclined different length combined types Piezoelectric energy harvester,finally through the modal,stress,harmonic response analysis of these different combinations,to compare the simulation results,the final simulation results show that the designed inclined different-length combined piezoelectric energy harvester can meet the requirements. |
